1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Worth (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

Entries open on 11 November 2025 and close at 23:59 on 13 December 2025. The grand prize draw will take place on 16 December 2025, and the winner will be announced on Worth’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.

3. The Prize

The winner will receive:

• A R15,000 Flight Centre voucher, and
• A R10,000 Yuppiechef voucher, to spend as they wish (“the Prize”).

The total prize value is R25,000 including VAT. In addition to the grand prize, there will also be spot prizes awarded as digital vouchers in R100, R250 and R500 increments from a selection of retailers. These vouchers will expire after 7 days and must be used or forfeited. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If either prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Participate in the Win With Worth Birthday Challenge via WhatsApp and complete any of the 13 challenges in order to win entries into the Grand Prize draw.
2. Each challenge presents the participant with an opportunity to collect additional entries into the GRAND PRIZE draw.

5. Eligibility

• The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
• Participants must be an existing Discovery Bank client, enrolled on one of the Worth Courses (WealthyCouples or WealthyMe) offered via the Discovery Bank App.
• A purchase is necessary: participants must have paid the activation fee for the Worth benefit via the Discovery Bank App.
• Employees, directors, agents, and consultants of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
• Participants must have a valid South African ID or passport to claim the prize.

6. Selection of the Winner

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by an independent judge.
• The judge’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner will be contacted via WhatsApp. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 working days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.

7. Delivery of the Prize

• The vouchers will be delivered electronically to the winner within 14 working days of confirmation.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any delays, errors, or technical issues affecting prize delivery once dispatched.

8. Forfeiture of Prize

• Failure by the winner to respond to communication within the specified timeframe or to accept delivery of the prize will result in automatic forfeiture. No replacement or compensation will be provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Promoter and its affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control make such action necessary.

10. Personal Information

• By entering the competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
• Personal information will be used solely for purposes related to administering the competition, contacting the winner and announcing the winner via Facebook and Instagram.
• The Promoter will not share participants’ information with third parties except where necessary for fulfilling the prize or as required by law.

11. General

• Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters relating to the competition is final.
• The competition and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
